Sniffing my Camera Bag
The security was very strict at the Kumbh me in my Sadhu Attire with a Muslim name was quite an incongruity, and having a valid Press Card of Bandra Samachar made it a bit less punishing, this was my first Kumbh, and was a very spiritually endearing experience, dressed as a sadhu, this is my normal attire too , I was given much respect by the Sadhus that I shot, and kept my mouth shut, most of them asked me to which Akhada I belonged ,I told them from the Press..
How big a Akhada the press is you all know..
Bandra Samachar is a local weekly that belongs to my friend Clerence Gomes,he gave me the card like lucky talisman in my time of need..It saved my ass more than my skin..
I did not go for the Ujjain Kumbh nor to the Ardh Kumbh..
